Sculpture

Surrounded by sculpture since a child, my father, Mark Swan, a sculptor himself, has been an early influence. That foundation shaped not only my perspective and ways of looking but also a deep, instinctive understanding of traditional techniques and materials.

I went on to study sculpture at Central Saint Martins, where I refined my practice and embraced the discipline of process, critical thinking, experimenting with a vast range of making, and developing ideas and research.

In addition to my personal and studio work, I’ve also worked professionally in film production as part of the sculpture team, most recently, The Rings of Power and Disney’s Snow White.
